Beatrice Stuber-Jordi
Beatrice Stuber-Jordi represents the fifth generation of the Jordi family to practise as an independent and self-employed notary. She deals with all areas of work that may involve a Bernese notary’s office, with a particular emphasis on matters relating to company law, marriage and inheritance law, property law and tax law. Moreover, she provides regular consulting in other areas of the Swiss Civil Code, including the Code of Obligations, and undertakes all public certifications as required by federal and/or cantonal law.
After graduating in law from the University of Sydney and obtaining the certificate of admission to the bar in Australia, Beatrice Stuber-Jordi worked in Sydney from 2000 to 2006 as a consultant on Swiss law and as a solicitor. Today, Beatrice Stuber-Jordi continues to provide regular consulting for individuals and businesses on Swiss–Australian legal cases and issues – a task that she performs with great enthusiasm.

Olivier Jérôme Jann
Olivier Jann is a Notary of the Canton of Bern and works in all areas covered by a notary’s office (commercial and company law, marriage and inheritance law, property law). Apart from consultancy and notarial execution in the aforementioned legal fields, Jann’s responsibilities include communication with the authorities.
Upon passing the state examination at the University of Bern, Olivier Jann worked at a notary’s office in the Bernese Seeland and at a large company law firm in the city of Bern before commencing his notarial activities at the Stuber-Jordi Notary’s Office at the beginning of 2016.
He was named a partner of the Notariat Stuber-Jordi in January 2020.

Michèle Sterchi-Welten
Michèle Sterchi-Welten is a lawyer and notary for the Canton of Bern. Her preferred areas of activity include commercial and company law, property law, as well as marriage and inheritance law. Michèle Sterchi-Welten assists her clients with advice in these areas of law, is responsible for all notarial transactions and dealings with the authorities. After obtaining the notary's license, Michèle Sterchi-Welten worked in a large commercial law firm in the city of Bern, then in a notary's office in Gstaad before starting her notarial work in the Stuber-Jordi notary's office in May 2021. Michèle Sterchi-Welten works mainly in German and English. She also speaks French.

Dieter Jordi
From 1972 to 2010, Dieter Jordi practised for nearly 40 years as a fourth-generation self-employed notary in Bern. At the end of 2010, he handed over his office to his daughter, Beatrice Stuber-Jordi, a notary and Australian legal practitioner.
Today, he works part-time as a consultant for the Stuber-Jordi Notary’s Office.
